Mr. Miduk Pakpahan, serves as a Managing Partner at KJPP Martokoesoemo, Pakpahan & Partners. Started his careeras an appraiser since 1992, as an asset appraiser staff in an appraiser company and has also joined asa member of the Indonesian Appraisal Profession Society (MAPPI).
Graduated from the Universitas Gajah Mada Yogyakarta, Master in Economics Development (M.Ec. Dev.) Concentration in Property Management and Business Valuation, having previously obtained an degree fromthe Accounting major, Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indonesia (STEI).
He currently holds a registered business valuer license and registered Asset Appraiser at the Ministry of Finance (No.PB-1.09.00168).
He currently holds a registered business valuer license (STTD) : STTD.PPB-34/PM.2/2018 .

BUDI P MARTOKOESOEMO

Mr. Martokoesoemo is currently the Partner of Martokoesoemo, Prasetyo & Rekan and was previously the managing director of RSM AAJ Associates Financial Advisory Services arm, a member of RSM International a consulting and accounting group with members in 72 countries and ranked 7th in the world. During a two year sabbatical from RSM (2004-2006).
He became president Director of a PT Indoexchange Tbk, a publicly listed communication and technology firm and Senior Advisor to Trada Shipping and Trading group.
Prior to joining RSM, Mr. Martokoesoemo was employed in Bankers Trust Hong Kong in its syndication division and Bankers Trust Singapore in its Investment Banking division. He has been an active lecturer in University of Indonesia’s magister school of business and Atmajaya University’s undergraduate school of business since 2000.
He has an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business and a BS from the University of Oregon Chiles School of Business.
He currently holds a registered business valuer license (STTD 02/BL/STTD-P/B/2007) and investment advisor license from the Indonesian Ministry of Finance and Security Exchange Commission.

GRACE SIMANJUNTAK

Mrs. Grace Simanjuntak, currently serves as a Partner at KJPP Martokoesoemo, Pakpahan & Partners. Started his career as an appraiser since 2016, as an asset appraiser staff in an appraiser company and has also joined as a member of the Indonesian Appraisal Profession Society (MAPPI).
Graduated from the Universitas Gajah Mada Yogyakarta, Master in Economics Development (M.Ec. Dev.) Concentration in Property Management and Business Valuation, having previously obtained an degree from the Civil Engineering, Universitas Diponegoro-Semarang.
Currently he is registered as a licensed appraiser with Asset Appraiser classification at the Ministry of Finance (No. P-1.22.00633).
He currently holds a registered business valuer license (STTD) : STTD.PP-230/PM.02/2023.
