Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik Martokoesoemo Pakpahan & Rekan (“KJPP MPR”) was established as a partnership in late 2007 due to changes in policy implemented by the Indonesian Securities & Supervisory Board (formerly BAPEPAM- LK) allowing only individual partnership as an appraiser for the capital Market. Before becoming a partnership, KJPP MPR was a limited company under the name of PT AAJ Penilai, so all work experiences and Appraisal Team, both business and assets moved to KJPP MPR.
KJPPMPR is registered partnership in the Center of Professional Finance Development (hereinafter referred to as “PPPK”) an d the Financial Service Authority (“OJK”) for Property Appraisal Classification A”) and Business Valuation (Classification B”).
KJPP MPR has three partners namely Budi P Martokoesoemo (Business Valuer) and Grace Simanjuntak (Property Valuer) with Miduk Pakpahan as the Managing Partner.
